 
DivorceCare for Kids, known as DC4K, is a 13 week recovery and support group for children ages 5 -12 who are dealing with the divorce or separation of their parents. Through games, crafts, video Bible stories, and healthy snacks, children begin to understand the range of their own feelings during and after the divorce of their parents.
Key understandings include "Divorce is not my fault" and "God loves all kinds of families." This program is led by professionals who have personally experienced divorce and its effect on children. The fall group will begin on Tuesday, September 10 at 6:30. Call Epworth to register for this group, or for additional information. Materials fee - $15. (Scholarships available.) |
